Đặc trưng

Hoàn thành Freewheels FGR & hellip; R A1A2 và

FGR & hellip; R A2A7 với mặt bích lắp được làm kín

con lăn tự do với ổ bi. Chúng là dầu

bôi trơn.

Các viên ngọc tự do FGR & hellip; R A1A2 và FGR & hellip; R

A2A7 được sử dụng như:

➧ Ly hợp quá mức

➧ Lập chỉ mục tự do

Mô-men xoắn danh định lên đến 68 000 Nm.

Lỗ khoan lên đến 150 mm.

Ví dụ ứng dụng

Toàn bộ Freewheel FGR 50 R A1A2, được sử dụng trong một

thủy lực giải phóng, lò xo kích hoạt đa

phanh đĩa cho các ổ tời. Khi tải là cuộc sống-

ted, phanh nhiều đĩa được đóng và

vòng trong là tự do. Tại một bế tắc,

freewheel hoạt động như một backstop. Tải là

được giữ bởi phanh và bánh đà tự do bị khóa.

Khi hạ xuống, phanh được nhả với

kiểm soát và tải được hạ xuống thông qua khóa

tự do. Bằng cách sử dụng bánh đà tự do, thủy lực

kiểm soát có thể được thiết kế đơn giản hơn và

cách thức hiệu quả hơn về chi phí.

Mômen truyền lớn nhất bằng 2 lần mômen danh nghĩa quy định. Xem trang 14 để xác định mômen lựa chọn.

Mounting
Basic Freewheel, flange, cover, seals and screws
are supplied loose. These must be assembled by
the customer with regard to the required
freewheeling direction into the Complete
Freewheel. Prior to commissioning, the
freewheel must be filled with oil of the specified
quality. Upon request, assembled Complete
Freewheels already oil-filled can be supplied.
With Complete Freewheels FGR … R A1A2, the
customer attachment part is centered on the
external diameter D and bolted on to the face
via flange A1.
With Complete Freewheels FGR … R A2A7, the
customer attachment part is centered on the
pilot diameter R and bolted on to the face via
flange A7. Hence, Complete Freewheels FGR …
SF A2A7 are particularly suitable for attaching
smaller and narrower parts (sprockets, gear
wheels etc.).
The tolerance of the shaft must be ISO h6 or j6
and the tolerance of the pilot diameter D or R
of the attachment part must be ISO H7 or J7.

Example for ordering
Freewheel size FGR 25, standard type with
flange A1 and cover A2:
• FGR 25 R A1A2
Basic Freewheel, flange, cover, seals and screws
are supplied loose provided nothing else is
stated in the order.
If assembled, oil-filled, Complete Freewheels are
to be supplied, this must be specified in the
order. When ordering, please also specify the
free wheeling direction of the inner ring when
view ed in direction X:
• counterclockwisefree or
• clockwise free
